That is perfectly understandable, and here at Highland Rustic Design we want you to be sure that you will be completely happy with any purchase you make from us. To us, that is extremely important.

We will be delighted to hear from you, and will give you honest answers to your questions. No sales pressure from us, we want satisfied and happy customers.
We can make it especially for you
Sometimes an item displayed on the website will have been sold to another customer. Don’t be put off if you see any item marked sold. Although we can never make another identical item, we may well be able to make something similar with its own unique characteristics, especially for you. So please pick up the telephone and call us, we just might be able to make exactly what you are looking for. You will never know unless you ask.
Got an idea in your head?
Perhaps you have a specific idea of something completely different in mind. Or maybe you have something very vague in the back of your mind, but it’s all a bit fuzzy and unclear. That’s not a problem for us; some of our favourite work has grown from a vague idea and has developed into specially commissioned pieces of astonishing rustic beauty.
Examples of specially commissioned work range from tables and drinks cabinets, to sideboards, television units and even specially made kitchens. But we do want you to understand that there are no limits on our willingness to discuss and consider any idea at all. We will always endeavour to turn your idea into reality.
